Its not stupid. People will pay it. Its smart.

With that being said, this new stadium will likely mark the end of my 16 years as a season ticket holder. Im not broke or anything, but in no way do I have an extra 40-100 grand to spare for two seat licenses in the new stadium. Not a chance.

I'm right there with you. Now I don't think the licences for the SC stadium will be that much, but now way am I dishing out $1,000's just so I can pay for my tickets.

Ya'll better pay up so we can keep signing FAs. And do it happily!
I guess it will have to be back to scalping for me and stressin every game on whether or not I'm making it in. OR we tailgate and leave .... I feel like the fat ugly chick that supported her man through medical school only to get dumped for a supermodel lookin chick once he graduated

Did some research. Cowboys stadium PSLs range from 16k to 50k. You can do a 30 year loan but seriously... that is f**ked up.

I know a guy that has 5 season tickets for the cowboys. He paid $250K for his PSLs. Now he's rich enough to afford that, but Geepus H Chryst. That's just stupid.

Fixed

Any season ticket holders get the email today from the 49ers. I am not in one of the first groups that would be contacted about getting seats in the new stadium (supposedly it is going to take months to do that) so anyone who does go first give us some info on what the SBLs are going to cost.

I am - hopefully, I can do the meeting over the phone instead of in person.

Alright C. Have they given you any idea of when they may contact you? Really itching to find out what this is going to cost. Hoping I can get decent seats with the BSL for no more than 5. 5 I can handle.
I heard they are 10K a seat.

Where did you hear this? I assume it is different based on your seat location.

My uncle has control of our families tickets. He said something about everyone in the family having to chip in to make $10,000 too keep our tickets for Santa Clara. We are in UR Sec 41 in the middle of the field just below the upper deck.

unless he was able to get that info from his rep or someone else in the Org...then it's pure assumption.

if that kind of info gets leaked it could upset a lot of tix holders

s**t, that is high up seats and those are 10 k. I am UB 24.
How many seats does you uncle hold. I can handle 2K, but hearing 10K per seat from other stadiums like Dallas and Baltimore is crazy.

If its 10k a seat, they're gonna have one empty stadium.

maybe he meant 10,000 for both our seats. Does $5,000 a seat sound better? I think he heard it from his ticket agent.
