tenyardtorrents is your best bet for finding complete NFL games on line. However, its currently timing out for me when I try to access the site, so I don't know if its down or not.
Just from that site, I've gotten the following games (all of these are the full games with commercials removed. I've since burned them onto DVD so I can watch them on my TV).
2006 Thursday night game in Seattle (Smith's comeback)
1998 NFL opening day (Hearst's run against the Jets)
1989 MNF 49ers vs Rams (Taylor's 2 90+ TD passes)
1994 49ers vs Chiefs (Montana vs Young)
1994 NFC Championship (49ers vs Dallas)
2003 NFC Wildcard (49ers comeback vs NY)
1998 NFC Wildcard (The Catch II)
1994 NFC Divisional (49ers destroy Bears)
Super Bowl XVI
Super Bowl XIX
Super Bowl XXIII
Super Bowl XXIX

If I recall they are about $8 each and come in varying degrees of quality (there is a numerical grade next to the game on a scale of 1-10. Most are 8 or higher). Just send the guy an email and cut and paste the games from the list that you want. He will respond to let you know how to order them....
It is a godsend for those of us who want to relive some of the greatest games and for youngsters who want to experience the glory days for the first time--really awesome.
I recommend the 1987 Bengals game and the 1988 Giants game--amazing last-second finishes and Montana magic in its full glory.

When Montana threw 4 TD's in the 4th quarter to win the game.

You need to download a torrent program (uTorrent is the best ).
A torrent file is basically a file pointing your computer on where to download the file in question. It connects to other people sharing the file and downloads it from them. It will take a while. The more people seeding (sharing) a file, the quicker it will download.
