if we were to go by rings and stuff it should be
Rams
Seahawks
49ers
Cards
since the rams have been to the Super Bowl twice and won once, where as the Seahawks have been there once with their new hc and won.

Coaching to me is pretty much a dead heat between SF, SEA, and LAR.
GM would be SEA & LAR.
So toss up SEA & LAR, with SF right behind.
Cards are just @$$.

Ranking is fair but take away Arizona and it would be the top 3 in the NFC as well.

I'd still put us above the hawks we've been to the SB twice and the NFC championship 4 times. Not to mention that probably happens again and we knock Seattle out if we weren't playing with practice squad players. Arrows way up for Seattle but they haven't had the same level of consistent dominance as the rams and 9ers

But they have a SB trophy. Took McDonald two years and Shanahan has had a decade with zero superbowls

It's such low hanging fruit to close the debate by saying "Super Bowl" with what Kyle/Lynch have done especially coming out of that Tomsula/Chip Kelly team. Same was said of Andy Reid and Steve Young

Tough to see two division rivals with Lombardi Trophies, when all we have is super bowl appearances in that same time frame.

McVay/Snead
Macdonald/Schneider
Shanahan/Lynch
Arizona, poor saps
Lynch drags Shanny's ranking down. Kyle is just as elite as the LAR/SEA combos, big offseason ahead for Lynch to prove himself.

Doesn't Kyle have drafting power over Lynch or does Kyle just have say on the final roster?

I think Kyle has say on draft day. But that's speculation

Seahawks and Rams are clearly the best. It's not even up for debate. The only question is who is #1 and who is #2? It doesn't really matter.
49ers are #3 at best....
Cardinals are hopeless.
This is the group you guys always say is the best HC and GM in the league. We will win 10 Championships. That's what I read on the WZ. They are 3rd in their own division. You are never going to win with this.

From an outside perspective. If indeed Lynch is responsible for drafting like a GM should be. Then honestly I think Lynch should be getting more kudos and Kyle a bit more criticism. The star players on the Niners are from the drafting, but the injuries could be partially blamed on coaching (I keep reading about how practice is run at full speed/contact, which for anyone who does anything athletic understands load progression leads to injuries). Also Kyle as the HC is responsible for the game plan overall heading into those big playoff games as well as any half time adjustments (or lack there of). Kyle was the OC for ATL when the offense completely sputtered and died in the end, then for the Niners vs the Chiefs twice he is HC so whether loss on defense or offense it's on him. Am I saying Kyle is a bad coach, not at all, but perhaps he is an A- and that minus is the reason he hasn't won a superbowl.
