That's not new. OL have always been able to look back as long as it doesn't simulate the snap movement.

Why you don't play football on fields designed for soccer. It is a designed for sliding.
There is different type of cutting in soccer. They are used to it as well. It is a very soft grass.Maybe i am wrong but based on how much trouble they seem to be having staying upright, something got to be going on.

If they weren't planning on extending him they should have traded him. That way they get to choose where he goes. It's not like they had playoff aspirations.
