Unless you're inside your own 20 or kicking a field goal makes sense later in the game, if you have a 4th and 2 or less and Josh Allen is your QB then you should go for it.

Exactly. It might look like no big deal but getting up off the turf on your own takes more energy then being helped up. Refs should not be allowed to do that. They may as well go bring the player a water bottle also.
