I don't understand the Chargers. Legit franchise QB, some very good WRs, decent run game, stud in Bosa and some other good talent on defense and still struggling to get into the playoffs.

Kudos to Sean Payton. I have really underestimated him.
Being 9-8 in despite of Winston, Siemian and Hill (and a forced? rotation between them) is terrific. Add the strength of schedule to that!
however, due to the qb situation, they didn't belong into the playoffs.
