If this guy was signed for the amount he was based on him being available/dependable and having a high motor, that only can take you so far in this league and so far we're seeing just that with his limited-to-no production game in and game out. As elguapo said above, would have much rather resigned Hyder and signed a proven CB like Hayward that's shown good ability in the past.

I saw Bosa at DT a few times on passing downs last night so maybe that is how we will try to get all 3 on the field at once
I agree on both Ford's shocking resurgence and Samson being a ghost so far.
