Most of this team's WR's are on IR right now and it's no guarantee that BA will be back this year or for that matter if he does he will be at full speed, and we want to trade JJ? When he seems to be the only player at least at the WR position that is willing to play hurt? I just don't see that happening during the season. He may get traded after the season but not during the season especially since it did'nt happen before the trade deadline.

Need to revamp the entire WR corps. Pearsall is unreliable and constantly hurt, Aiyuk is a diva and constantly hurt, Jennings thinks he's the second coming of TO and less hurt but still hurt enough to miss games. Start new with players who can actually play.

Reality check:

Pearsall was shot. No fault of his. Then he has ONE injury that takes time to heal. What did you think of him when he played?

We own Aiyuk until he is forced to retire. His contract is too big for anybody to take on unless he has shown he is fully recovered and back to his #1 level...at which point we keep him.

Jennings is a stud that will get paid next year if he leaves here, which he likely will since we can't afford what he will get in FA.

So who do you want to replace all those guys?

They help the team tremendously from the sidelines . Great ability without any availability really doesn't do anything for this team. But at least they contribute for the 30% of games they play in.

takes time to heal? Apparently. Why didn't they just put him on IR?

I can't believe this guy still here.. at talented as he is, he'll be no help if he's head aint screwed right..
Raggedy Andy, the toughest WR in the league just recovered from 6 broken ribs, 2 busted ankles, one F'd up shoulder and a partridge in a pear tree I expect him to get under someone's skin tomorrow, snag a couple of 1st downs, maybe a TD and definitely truck somebody's ass to the ground

Got to give him credit for his toughness, that being said he's playing for a contract. If we extended him and he secured his bag he'd wouldn't be playing like the rest of them

That's even better for us... from here until end of season (if he stays healthy), we could get the best version of JJ. He can bounce next year

There's no doubt we'll get to the playoffs and once in, anything could happen. If he's a big part of that then good. I really don't give a flying rat's ass about missing out on a trade for a 6th / 7th rd pick (all those injuries weren't going to get us a 5th)... we don't know if BA comes back and wtf going on with Pearsall. Bourne is good, Watkins is a rook so, we need bodies and JJ is healing / playing better now

Fumble vs Arizona incoming.
I would rather see more of Pearsall when healthy & a faster Watkins in this offense. We get almost zero separation from these guys unless they are schemed open

Jennings is a great 3rd option and he showed why today. If you are relying on him to be your #1 pass catcher, you are screwed.

He knows his value has gone down and that's what motivates him. He's been a letdown this year.

He's been hurt, but unlike some of the other injured players on this team he's played through it.

Seems like there is at least one WR that has been putting in so little effort in getting back to practice that the team is just assuming he's still hurt.
