I like Jennings, but this is a crazy take. A dude who blocks well, draws 1 personal foul every other game, and catches 1 or 2 passes a game is absolutely not more important than a good route runner who moves the chains 5+ times every game.

I actually do not mind his personal fouls. I think he draws more than he gets by pissing off defenders then not losing his cool to create offsetting flags.
And i am not saying Aiyuk is easy to replace, i am saying i think his skillset is more readily available in college. He is not Jefferson, Diggs, or Adams level, but will he get $28m+ a year?
I just think of Jennings as a Boldin type. I view him as an easy 60rec 1,000yds WR.
But it is a decision that does not have to be considered until after this year. They can tag him for $4ish million to keep him(with a slight risk of losing him) or $6m and keep him long term.
