2024 is the last year with those 3 together, cause in 2025 Jauan is a UFA, and will get paid $15M+ a year, he's worth it, just can't afford three WRs at $10M+, especially when we'll be paying Deebo $23.85M a yr, and Aiyuk $24M+ a yr, said first, it's gonna happen IMO.

uhmmmmm... for 15 million a year, he can walk.. lol.. WRs come out yearly and as much as I like the guy, he's not a 15 million dollar man.

Is he better than Bourne was? Better than JuJu? IMO Yes, so he'll get and will be worth $15M a year, just not for us, he's gonna get paid by another team.

It is so tough. I catch myself wondering if it would be better to keep Jennings and let Aiyuk (or even Deebo or Kittle) go.

I think there are plenty of WRs in college that can fill Aiyuk's abilities. But not many i think can fill Jennings.

I am referencing how few of players like Jennings are in the NFL, but how crucial they can be. AB referenced Bourne, but i see more Anquan Boldin.

Aiyuk is a FAR better WR, but i think a good route running, sure handed WR with good measureables is easier to find than a big bodied "slow" WR that can get open.

But it is why i mentioned letting Kittle or Deebo go (in 2025) to retain Aiyuk and Jennings. I think in 4 years their will be a lot more Deebo types out there as players refuse to be just running backs. Will Kittle still be one of the best TEs in 2 or 3 years?

Come on now...Aiyuk is the best receiver we've had since TO, 20+ years ago. If he's so easy to find then why haven't the 49ers done it?

I like Jennings, but this is a crazy take. A dude who blocks well, draws 1 personal foul every other game, and catches 1 or 2 passes a game is absolutely not more important than a good route runner who moves the chains 5+ times every game.

I honestly thought Bourne was a great dancer.. but that's it.. Juju was overrated.. he's always been overrated even at USC.. but again, as much as I like J1, I'd let him walk for 15 million a year.. I rather sign another CB and hope to land another #7 (Ward) ..

HARD to argue here... .. personally, I would rather keep J1 over Deevah.. Deevah is a gadget, and we have that in MCM.. Also, teams will trade for Deevah more than they will with J1..

I like the YUCK & J1 combo as a WR pair than YUCK & Deevah ..

He's been good for us and valuable, but at the end of the day he's a #3 WR on this team. I don't see any way they keep him after this season unless they can work something with the RFA tag. I don't think he's a #1, but could definitely be a #2 somewhere.

I actually do not mind his personal fouls. I think he draws more than he gets by pissing off defenders then not losing his cool to create offsetting flags.

And i am not saying Aiyuk is easy to replace, i am saying i think his skillset is more readily available in college. He is not Jefferson, Diggs, or Adams level, but will he get $28m+ a year?

I just think of Jennings as a Boldin type. I view him as an easy 60rec 1,000yds WR.

But it is a decision that does not have to be considered until after this year. They can tag him for $4ish million to keep him(with a slight risk of losing him) or $6m and keep him long term.

I meant he draws a personal foul from the other team every other game, as a positive.

Ok i thought you may have been referring to his block in the rams game.

You are hardly mr objective when it comes to Deebo.

Jennings plays with the zeal and conviction of a suicide bomber, so he's certainly one of my favorites. I also really enjoy the way he has a talent for getting into other guys' heads. As such, I've been keeping a mental tally of his personal foul yardage and (while I cannot claim this is in anyway accurate as it spans a few seasons) I've got him at 75 yards in the positive--for what that's worth.
Dude is always doing the dirty work and comes through at the most needed times. Absolutely love this dude. I bet he'd even take less money to stay on the team. I hope he stays for another 4-5 seasons!!
