Not everyone has to follow that and there are different ways to handle things correctly. Everyone is different - stop putting players in a box and tell them how they should behave.

Dude was emotional. He wasn't bill belichick that's for sure. I think it was just the pent up frustration of everything for a couple yrs. Grant just poked the bear too much.
