Aiyuk needs to immediately replace his production

Correct. Players come and go. It's a business when it comes down to it. Cant take things too personal in sports, also whatever each player gets paid, dont get too up or down on it. At the end of the day it isn't our money.

Yup, when it's all said and done, we cheer for laundry.
Kawakami is saying that the team is willing to pay him 20-22M per year with 40-50M in guaranteed money.

This is about money and nothing else and Deebo doesn´t have the balls to say it.

Exactly. I suspect a lot of butthurt fans may be newer fans or just dont understand the game within the game. Dont get attached people. Organization gonna do what they gonna do. Don't like it? Vote with your money.

Bye Deebo. You will be missed for a couple of days, and you will miss the 49ers for the rest of your career. I credit you for having the courage for playing your leverage but I'm very confident that you are over playing it. This Will end up in the 49ers benefit. Shanny made you shine good luck in Detroit I'm sure Dan Cambell will be just as creative and help you shine just the same. Lol
Ouch..not wanting to make him the highest paid is one thing but not wanting to give him 25 a year is nuts. I sure as hell would demand a trade if i were him. Especially after seeing Christian Kirks contract

Niners need to get a haul from the Jets and move on.

Agreed.

Just read the article and here's what he said . Was an interesting article that also touched on apprehensiveness from the niners side as well

We can wipe out Scenario No. 3, especially after the trade request: I would think it's just about out of the question that the 49ers would pay Deebo above $25 million a year and more than the $72.2 million guaranteed that the Dolphins gave to Hill. I think Deebo already knows that.

I think Deebo and his agent have shrewdly scoped out the situation. Even if they wait it out into late July, the way George Kittleand Fred Warner did in the previous two years, there's almost no chance the 49ers will be willing to go over the top of Hill's deal. In fact, there's a strong chance, from what I've heard, that the 49ers are very solid about offering less than $25 million per/$72.2 million guaranteed. Maybe substantially less
He's worth 25 million easily. Pay him ya cheap f**ks. You are okay keeping a backup making 25million but don't want to pay one of the top WRs in the league who is 50% of your offense the money he is worth?

We traded 3 first round picks to move 9 spots, and our beat writers think asking the jets for #10 for the most dangerous offensive weapon in the game is too steep. Make it make sense.
