But IMO the Niners shouldn't just give in and give him a max contract out of desperation. The team holds the cards here, not Deebo. Love him, want him long term but he still has a bit more to prove.
Dude there is no reason as to why they can't pay both Bosa/Deebo….they are our key players.

Deebo cut ties and allegiance to 49ers fans. Best to send him to where he gets his money and happiness. Why keep a hired hand, if the investment had blossomed a great deal!

Lol, right! I was just curious about the points assigned to a player and how that compares to recent trade values for certain WRs.

Lol dramatic much….he removed some pics.
it's business and literally the only thing a player can do as far as "holding out" goes.
fans are so fickle bunch of princesses….so if he signs you gonna hate him?

Writers gotta do something to pay the bills in the offseason, I guess.

Writers make sense. Fans overreacting doesn't.

I guess it depends on how much and how badly him and his agent want it. If him and his agent are dead set on a 5 year extension and becoming the top paid guy in the league, I don't think that would be smart.
I'm hoping for a 4 year extension around 25-27 mil a year.

If you have a great season and are up for a contract extension, we are just going to trade you. We don't like paying our players. Even if we do end up extending you, we're just going to ask you to restructure your deal in a couple years so you can help us out with our mishandling of the cap. Thank you for your services but this is a business and you are just a number to us. Its the corporate way

I think Debo has a valid point here. He want that "lifetime" contract. One that can be life altering. He is at high risk of injury the way he's used, and he's never complained about it. Pay the man. He's earned it.
