Probably rather have him than Kirk that being said I don't see it, we have Watkins and Cowing in the wings and they need to get some reps Deebo would bury them maybe even Stribling for that matter

Cowing and Watkins are always hurt. Would love to have Deebo back.

Bring him back as RB2.. probably the only guy who can take reps away from CMC

Hard pass. Deebo coming back would make Kyle feel the need to force feed him again and he ain't a force feed player. Much rather have Ricky/Strib/Watkins/Cowing get the opps that Deebo would take away. I'd take him back on a one year vet min deal to be our KR though

I think the only way 9ers sign him is if there's a catastrphoic injury to a key receiver (Evans, Pearsal, Stribling,..).

Deebo is watching Aiyuk and wasn't about to be left out of the drama headlines

I always loved me some prime Deebo but that ship has long sailed. Unless there are some huge injuries (in which case signing him during the season would make sense as a temp solution) in the WR room I really dont want him taking away reps from younger guys with upside.

This team right now needs LESS living in the past with its aging offense, not MORE with Deebo. Love prime Deebo and that catch of a high ball from Jimmy and subsequent TD against the Rams is probably my favorite play by a 49er in last five years....but nah. Move on. I dont buy that a 30 year old WR can swallow his pride completely and stay quiet in limited role with limited snaps and suddenly block his ass off on routes when the ball is coming to him...after not doing so for like 7 years
