Trading for a quality OT is one of the most difficult to do. No one lets them go. Trent Williams is a good example. He wanted to test FA because no one of his quality had been allowed to get that far in the past decade.

One of the positive things about taking Mac is that we won't have to see McGlinchey destroy a promising young QBs career.

I am expecting the Banks pick to result in very good chemistry between Mc and Banks - big brother/little brother deal. Big brother helping little brother with some details while realizing he needs to get better at the same time. McGlinchey never had much connection with the rotating RG situation this past season. Look for a much-improved player this year.

Blaming McGlinchy is kind if short sighted. Yeah he looked weak this year but he was also playing next to a revolving door of scrubs last year at guard and center. Hopefully now with his gigantic, old linemate on the team he'll have some consistency. He knows he has to improve and he's still young. He wasn't bad his rookie year but last year he didn't get much help on that line
