All signs pointing to Jimmy as a future TOP 5 Quarterback, don't forget that it was only his FIRST FULL SEASON !!

He did and jimmy checked out of them.

CHECKE OUT??

here's one for you bro... just another lesson..

BUFFALO VS. DALLAS
Super Bowl Rematch

Winning Drive was all about Emmitt Smith.. he ran he ran and he ran some more..

WHY?? it's because it was the strength of their team !!!!

Did YOU ever read any article THEN that they ran the ball to win the Super Bowl because JIMMY JOHNSON did NOT trust TROY AIKMAN ???

Or was it because the run was working and Buffalo couldn't stop it?

What was his longest pass that game?

Still though, Jimmy did have some clutch plays throughout the year. Question is, can he get it done on the big stage? He's 0-1.

More like 0-3....

He wasn't asked to literally do anything this post season, literally.

11 completions, 131 yards, 1 td, 1 int. Win 27-10

6 completions, 77 yards, 0 td, 0 int, win 37-20

20 completions, 219 yards, 1 td, 2 int, lose 21-30

People can keep defending the above all they want, no sweat off my back. First two games it's, well he didn't have to throw, our team was playing so well, and and our running game too!! Oh the Super Bowl? Oh man our team let him down, so did the coaching staff, and man his concussion, he never looked the same!! If only our defense would've made a stop we woulda won regardless of jimmy g failing over and over drive after drive!! Excuses, excuses, excuses. Quick someone tell me about his qb rating for the season to make it all better!!

Losing the SB was way more embarrassing.....

No words...

Yeah well, you've never met my girl.

You should have learned by now that no QB can do anything when the O Line cannot protect him and allows defenders like fast running Linebackers and edge rushers get threw and hit them before they can get a clean pass off. The only pass that Jimmy missed was the over throw to Sanders.

Either you have not watched the film or you are telling lies. Which one is it?

Point out on the film where it was Jimmy's fault that nothing was achieved in the last three drives aside from the missed overthrow to Sanders. Point out the time and the play please. If you cant put a sock in it.

Try watching the game and find out for yourself?

I did watch the game. I don't have photographic memory. The key play that stood out the most was the Jeff Wilson TD throw, which was a tad behind him.

It wasn't all pretty, it wasn't all difficult but Jimmy should only get better.

A 28 year old who's been in the league for 6 will "only get better"?

Whatever you say...

Dude Kirk isn't playing in SF. Who cares. He's gonna want like what $35M+ the next time he's a FA and we have no idea if the Vikings try to give him an extension. It's all a bunch of what ifs at this pt.

One thing is true with Kirk. He's 6-13 in prime time games and 1-3 in the playoffs and it's not like he's been surrounded by a s**t team.

Kirk has started in 88 games (Jimmy 26) do we think at this pt Kirk is gonna get any better? If I was gonna bet on either guy improving it's Jimmy and I'll take his contract vs whatever Kirk is gonna want.

The end

You spew the stats that Jimmy is good at for your argument. Those same stats Kirk is good at. You say Shanahan's system is too complex to master. Yet, you ignore Cousins' 3 OC's in 3 years.

You keep bringing up his record in big gmaes. By the numbers Kirk out played JG head to head in this years playoffs. That with Kirk Going up against a MUCH BETTER Defense. Oh, and only being with his OC for 1 1/4 years.

I have agreed with you a million times on the financial part.

Why wouldn't he get better in his 2nd full season in executing the WCO? You are aware it takes at least 3 years to master, right? Guys like Montana and Young say they never really mastered it (like golf)...always tweaking, adjusting and evolving. But by year 3, he and Kyle should be able to finish each other's sentences and thoughts and have full freedom in the full playbook.

If ShanaLynch can stop putting so much on themselves to work around s**tty pass protection and just get better IOL pass protection, finally find a Arby who can be a feature in the passing game and add a true XWR, next year could see a big leap in production. Hurd and Taylor would be big security blankets too.

Defense? They've got all they need to remain a top defense as long as the depth doesn't get depleted again. Saleh should have enough evidence his stupid soft shell defense rarely works and usually counters to the purpose for running it in the first place.

Listen dude I know a thing or two about football. I play in at least 5 fantasy football leagues each year and I even made it to the playoffs a couple of those times so I'm kind of a big deal.

Fact is quarterbacks are what they are by year 6. Injuries, amount of games played or starter are just Jimmexcuses. An elite QB should be able to develop chemistry with his receivers just by doing simple math. Trajectory and velocity of the ball, wind direction and speed and the 40 time of his receiver. It's simple math and if they're good enough they should be hitting all their throws.

Jimmy simply isn't very good and it's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.

Force people to agree or they're saying "really stupid stuff" ?? Not sure what the goal is here, or why everyone has to submit to an agreement. Get some air.

peak A-Rod was yrs 7-11

Brady didn't crack a 100 rating till year 8

i'm sure there are more examples of why this is wrong
