The Seahawk olinemen were grabbing with one hand right on the X of that shoulder pad. They won at the point and got good running gaines. When they switched to the technique as you describe not so much. They are grabby on both sides.

It really looks that way. Goff looked better last week.

So right now the jets will have the first pick, bills the 2nd. The rams/jags and the browns will fight for the 3rd pick
