Read the piece with Jim Mora Jr., Rosen sounds like a another Dante Pettis at qb. Has the talent, mental attitude all wrong. Hope the best for him though.

It's an old article (if we're talking about the same piece) and that was before the draft and all the stuff that's happened to him. I think it's a good piece illustrating his immaturity at that point, I hope he's grown more mature and Kyle's offense will definitely be a challenge for him if he isn't more mature and dedicated to being an NFL QB.

Jim Mora was on the Grant Cohn show and he said Shanahan is probably one of the few coaches that Rosen will respect and not think he is smarter. If Shanahan cant get this kid to at least be a good backup, then Rosen better get that racquet out

There's a lot to this. We all have to consider that Rosen started on a team that fired their coach and the new coach brought in a guy that plays in a way that shortens shelf-life. Then goes to another team that... well, picks first a lot and traded away their best offensive tackle the year Rosen played.... so, there's that. Then goes to a team that decided to sign Tom Brady....

Rosen has talent, hopefully we'll see that on the 49ers... but, if he leaves two teams that depend on their QB's to run for their lives 70 percent of the time... there may be a reason for the departure that isn't related to his arm or decision making.

Hey, if the guy works out, I'm happy, if he doesn't, oh well. He's found money either way because I'd take him over last years backups.

... AND that's what it should be all about... trying to improve the team wether or not the guy is a 3rd stringer or a 2nd stringer... both CJ and Mullen showed enough and proved us that they don't belong... and we need a backup who can actually be a starter instead of a SUB just incase the starter is out for the year..

Rosen will not be given that status, he'll need to earn it.. and the 3 humble pies that was served to him, should be a REALITY CHECK !!!

... well, unless he would not mind playing CHESS with JOHNNY FOOTBALLL !!!

Reading through the early pages, the same posters who loved Rosen and Darnold love this year's draft class. And they would laugh and mock anyone who questioned them. A familiar pattern here. It's hilarious going back and reading the posters proclaiming Rosen as the next greatest qb. It just priced that nobody knows shi t and it's a crapshoot.

well, there are some people around here who think we can draft mack. trade jimmy and play rosen or nick. if he was here. while the rookie sets a few games,.. and we will be just fine
I think every team Rosen has been on during the draft has drafted a QB in the first round. Was he on the Buccs for the draft?

no team has given ROSEN a chance to be Drew Brees...

Drew should have been a 49er but NOLAN said no..

Players get ruined by s**tty organizations every year. Team drafted to is just as important as player abilities in tons of cases.
