Definitely. They'd be some fools to completely ignore QW. He's a total monster. And it even makes logical sense for them to do it. They have their edge locked up for years at a very good rate. If they got QW, that be one scary scary line.

Yes. But I think they trade down. Their roster is the worst in football.

I think this is a good possibility....especially since they have so many needs. They could trade out and stock up on picks and really retool their roster. The question might be....if a team trades up, will they take a QB? Bosa? Ed Oliver? Since there isn't a truly great QB prospect in this draft, or so it seems, a trade may be less likely.

No team is trading up to number 1 for a pass rusher. Not that many picks at least.
I hope the Cardinals take QW, and then Bosa falls into our laps at 2. Arizona gets the inside help they need on their D, and we get the outside help we need on our D. Win-Win.

It's very possible, especially since they already have Chandler Jones

Best case scenario, but we'd better buffer up that interior OL. Aaron Donald and QW twice a year each won't be fun.
Agreed on continuing to draft OL help. Got to figure Gilliam+Garnett will not be on this team next year, so we need help at T and Guard. Hoping Shanahan likes a T with our 2nd round pick, and then has a sleeper Guard we can draft in the middle rounds to be a back up year 1, and then start year 2.
Garnett will be here, he's a 24 year old he won hat job but didn't get it back after injury. He can play
Hope you're right on Garnett, having him give us anything next year would be a big plus for us.

I thought he was a UFA?

With Chandler Jones already in house, there is a chance they go another direction.

I don't think they will find a trade partner because there is no QB worth the #1 overall pick this season and there is plenty of top level defensive talent that can be had through the top 5-7 slots.

Next season is year 4. I doubt we pick up his 5th year option though.
What can we get for him?

A 5th?

May be a 4th at the very best?
