When officers approached Kouandjio, he reportedly yelled, "Shoot me!"

Probably going to find out he smoked synthetic weed. That stuff is legitimately scary. Cops who came up on him deserve a round of applause for not shooting him and treating him like he needed to be treated while in his state of mind.
