Prior to that stop, Selah worked for the Seahawks from 2011 to 2013 as Seattle's defensive quality control aide.

Eventually we need to have some consistency and stability and let the players adapt to a defensive scheme.

Agreed. Most NFL teams are only in their "base" D for 1/3 of the time. Other 2/3 spent in nickel or dime with all the teams having 3 WR Sets. Those are the "money" downs.
