Baalke gets canned. Jed is reduced to collecting checks from the family business and is out of the picture completely. A new team president *insert name* offers Harbaugh the option to hire his own general manager, nfl top salary and full control of team personel? We have 50 million in cap room a top 3 pick and are making money... enough money to compete for a top salary offer Bottom line is it needs to happen. You dont treat somebody like they did, nearly trading him lol. Then leaking info before week one hes gone no matter what, what good could have that done? He worked his ass off and wanted more control because the inflow of players he was getting was dog s***. What coach wouldn't raise a fuss if that was the case and clearly was. He out performed his own contract and BLEW away expectations. He got alex smith and kaepernick to the 3 straight nfccg. Who else can do that? Whether he says yes or no they need to do this strictly on principal.

Only way Harbaugh returns is as an opposing teams coach (unfortunately) Win or lose the guy could coach and was entertaining. Too bad he wasn't more of a WCO guy
