Would Shannahan or Holmgren make a good GM?

If somehow Jed opens his eyes and realize he needs somebody outside Santa Clara HQs then he should look at Green Bay. Ed Policy, turn him the Vice President of Football Operations. He's well known around the league because of his knowledge on football (inside and outside the field). Either Elliot Wolf, Brian Gutekunst or Ali Highsmith are prepared and potencial General Managers who had been tutored by Ron Wolf.

Bring back the WCO back home. If a guy like Doug Pederson can be successful is because he has supportive behind him then a guy like Tom Clements who has an extended background specially on developing QBs.

Yes probably because they would be focused on drafting offense instead of defense and since we have our defense close to set in the secondary and line we need almost to focus on offense alone. At least the high draft picks.

I'll take Billick. Very intelligent. Very close to Walsh and was always a piece in bringing continuous talent to BAL.
