Is Eli Manning no longer a good QB?

I've never been one to think one player makes a team, it takes a complete balanced team and a little luck doesn't hurt either. as far as Eli, he's one of those pocket QB's that needs good protection, LOL, ever seen him run or try to? I've seen him before just needing a couple yards to get the 1st down, then dump it off and the WR not even catch the damn ball. I give a lot of credit to Tom Coughlin for making Eli and the rest of the team have mental toughness and having a good balance. then again, look around at most QB's that are doing good and you'll see they seem to have a good defense of some sort. so is Eli good?......yes, but he needs time or he really struggles in most cases.

How many more years do you think Elias will start for NYG?
