Until there are rumors floating around that the Chargers want to part ways with him, I'm not buying it. I see him staying in San Diego.
I would love him, though. Of all the QB's already in the NFL that have some possibility of leaving their team in the next year (Fitzpatrick, Cousins, Geno, Romo, Rivers, Bridgewater, Cutler... etc.) I like Rivers the most.
I doubt we go with any of those options, though. We're more than likely just going to draft a QB early next year.

Romo will probably be available, along with Fitzpatrick and Cousins. The latter two are on one-year deals right now.

Looks like you were right. They should've traded him last year. They need to trade him before he runs out of trade value. A team like the Texans would kick a** with Rivers at QB.

Almost any starter we can get is an upgrade. Rivers would be better than cousins. This is unlikely to happen though. I doubt he would want to come here.
