Pass. If he couldn't get it done in NY, there's no chance in hell he's doing anything here. If there's any FA WR we're bringing in it's Boldin.

I really want to see what we have with Smelter, Rogers, Patton, and Ellington (maybe even White), so I honestly hope we don't sign anyone. If a decent player WR falls in the draft, I wouldn't mind drafting a Treadwell, Doctson, Fuller, etc (second round of course)

If our OL coach that came from NYG isn't advocating to sign him, that's telling. This would smell like another Mario Manningham signing all over again.

Exactly. I think we got enough guys with potential for Chip to work with. Probably grab a rookie, and Smelter is basically a rookie. Mix them in with Smith, Patton, Ellington and the CFL guy Rogers and you probably got your 6 right there.

Agree. I absolutely love Boldin but don't want him back actually. I'd rather Smelter develope and see Boldin make a playoff run for a contender. I could see the Pats or Panthers bringing him in.

Eagles signed WR Rueben Randle, formerly of the Giants, to a one-year, $1.025 million contract.

Randle can earn over $3 million with incentives. The deal also comes with $500,000 guaranteed. Randle also drew interest from the Rams but decided Philadelphia was his best fit. Consistency has eluded Randle to this point in his career, but he's coming off a career-high eight touchdowns and has never missed a game since entering the league in 2012. He should be the Eagles' No. 3 receiving option behind Jordan Matthews and Nelson Agholor. By adding Randle and Chris Givens to the mix this offseason, Josh Huff can no longer be assured of his spot on the 53-man roster.

Sweet, sign Josh Huff instead.
