lol that's right. I still have all mine put up.

in 94 i was dating a girl and showed my collection of cards to her dirt ball son. months after i broke up with her and they moved away, i went through my cards and found out the dirtball stole my pristine 1973 oj simpson card. probably not worth much money but still i was so happy in 1972 when i got my two favorite players in cedrick hardman and vic washington!
Garrison Hearst. Awesome running back, but how much better could he have been without the injuries. His career wasn't cut short but was interrupted and therefor shortened
How different things would be if Joe had not gotten hurt....

Young is my favourite all-time player but I don't see the Niners slowing down from 90-94. Yes there would have been no future at that point as Young would have gone somewhere else, but if the Niners had 2 or 3 extra rings who cares?

Assuming OP meant drastically cut short, I would say Bo Jackson is one heck of an example. I can't think of anyone more disappointing other than maybe Aldon Smith but that is not an injury.

Alex Smith's 2012 season

/thread
I'd like to add Patrick Willis. Dude should still be in his prime
Bo Jackson

young would not have done much if he left us in my opinion, should have traded him to kansas city for thomas, kept joe, groomed bono, thomas would have fixed the defense, we then would not have went to the well so much in free agency which caused us to go into salary cap hell. joe would have won the games vs the cowboys that young lost, won at least two more super bowls
David pollack of the Bengals. Thought he was going to be a good one.
