Jon Beason was caught up in the Giants' house-cleaning today, and he has chosen to not pursue work elsewhere. To be honest of all the guys who've retired Beason is the guy I would have expected it from... Truly gifted freak athlete that had HOF potential, but his body let him down time & time again. Wish him all the best with his future... I'm kinda glad he's not putting his body through that type of punishment anymore, plenty of life left to live.

Beason was a beast in his prime, but I will always resent him because of the couple Panther fans I am friends with. They insisted that his peak was better than Willis' peak...so I will always kind of hate on Beason because of those two clowns. lol
