SF was trying to get their s*** together for a decent stadium proposal long before Jed York took over. The city of SF has such screwed up, red tape covered politics. They can never get anything done. They had like 20 years to offer the Niners something besides the toxic dump naval yard Hunter's Point, but they never did.

Its their own darn fault they lost the 49ers. Its such a cop out excuse to call the 49ers greedy. They got tired of being jerked around, and took the better offer. A nicer stadium in a nicer area, closer to the bulk of the fanbase.

I'm not a fan of Cam mainly for his excessive celebrating, but after hearing what it's all about, I guess I don't hate it as much. I don't really want him to win it all, rather see Manning go out on top, but I can't deny what Cam has done this year. They offered Hunters Point which I think was a great location, and I don't want to hear any BS about a poisoned place, they were cleaning it up it would have been perfect. They offered the same area at the Stick but Eddi didn't go through with it.

I dunno as a very long time hard core fan I don't know if would have not been better for them to move all the way out. Every month I see them less, and less as the SF Niners and as the SC Niners in that soulless stadium. Carson palmer sux plain and simple. He absolutely stunk it out this game. Even before the last three pix. One terrible decision after another. And last game too absolutely bush league. And here and there during the season throwing red zone pix or near pix
