General Manager Trivia

Two similar questions... 1) Name all of the non-owner GMs who have been allowed to hire three head coaches (no interims unless they were hired on permanently at the end of the season) in a five year period. 2) Name all the non-owner GMs who have been allowed to hire three head coaches (again, no interims unless they stayed on the next year) over the course of their tenure with the team. I can only think of one answer but I could be missing someone.
