all kroenke has to do is threaten antitrust litigation against the league and the vacillating owners will fall into his line and coerce spanos into breaking his unholy pact with davis

frontiere didn't get her way first time around in an owners vote back in '95, but pulling an al davis, all she had to do was not so subtly hint at suing the league and voila, two months later complete 180 on the vote

But what about the proposal summary?

hahahaah... my ninja POG. that is the new webzone question of 2016. MOVE THEM

That was some of the best rivalry I've seen yet, right up to the part where they got relocated. You never, never leave your hometown.

Rams belong in LA, Raiders can go to hell and the Chargers need to stay in San Diego.

Because being born in Marin and moving to Florida at 22 makes Florida my home state. I like the way you think, young Jimmy.

Rumor has it that you have one of these on the back of your car. Can you confirm?

Jim, we already started a new thread because you couldn't keep to the line in the last one. We're talking about how Los Angeles is superior to St Louis in nearly every conceivable facet. Please stay on topic.

Has nothing to do with me. The OP explained that early on in this thread. Please feel free to go back and read before you respond with such ludicrous comments. If you'd prefer, you can confess your love of FL via PM. Thank you and have a nice day.

EDIT following your edit: Nice edit there. You really got me there. Not sure how I'll ever recover from that. You are welcome to your opinion though. Doesn't make it accurate though.

Lol I didn't make any changes to the post except for a spelling correction from "stated" to "started."

This thread is regarding the possibility of a NFL team moving to Los Angeles. Please stay on topic.

I think you meant to say this thread is about an NFL team moving to a city with a superior sports market and amazing weather.

I did not. That statement would only be made if Los Angeles hasn't already lost numerous NFL franchises and wasn't the weather was irrelevant due to the amount of pollution you have to deal with.

Since both of those are accurate, that is why I did not make those comments and stand by my original statement. Thank you.
St Louis about to lose a 2nd nfl team. The mere fact they're this close to moving another team out of that market shows its not an nfl city. Any city can pack the stadium for a few years while they're one of the best teams in the league. The real test becomes when the team is less competitive, and we've seen the results. Jrg can post their attendance from the early 2000s, but I can probably find some good attendance #'s for the marlins in 1997 or 2003. Doesn't make it a good baseball town though.

Do you look at any details at all or just make your judgment based on black and white?

You say this regarding St. Louis (even though they have a reason for low attendance), but totally disregard that Los Angeles originally lost the Rams for the same exact reason. If St. Louis was given a competitive product on the field maybe only here and there, the fans would show. But that hasn't happened. Use the Blues for example. They have NEVER won a Stanley Cup. There is 0 questions about them moving. You know why? They put a product on the ice that people will want to pay to see. Pretty obvious why some wouldn't pay to go to a Rams game. Is San Francisco/Santa Clara suddenly not a good football market? Using your logic, that is what you are saying. Did you see all those empty seats at Levis recently? This has nothing to do with St. Louis. If the product was worth watching, the fans would be there. That has been proven every single season they have been competitive.

Why is everyone so simple minded in this thread? Its like some only look at the situation one way.
