That's right after the Raiders game. How is that not tampering?

Nah, not going to give Harbaugh an out excuse, thinking Brady some how convinced Harbaugh to leave for Michigan. Harbaugh had the offer from Michigan on the table. Other than winning a SB, it was his next coveted dream job. Since he couldn't win the SB, came close, but couldn't win one. He knew the team would have turnovers after 2014. And after 4 years in the NFL, he had exhausted his knowledge of his offense. There's nothing more he could've add to make it any better, other than getting new players, but his offensive philosophy isn't flexible enough to adapt to the players Baalke was infusing.

He had already made up his mind to come home to his dream job and the college atmosphere and total control. He didn't need any more convincing from Brady.

This. Harbs was a good coach until he wore thin on the team. For his haters, he did some good things, to lump him in with Sing or Erickson is insanity. He was born to be a college coach. Not that its a dis to him or a discredit. Guys like Walsh or Bellichek couldnt be college coaches, its not in their nature. Harbs zaney locker room stuff, his pep talks, etc... just scream college ball. If I were an 18 year old athlete, I'd love to play for him. As a 30 year old NFL vet, maybe not so much.

Who cares what Brady said to him? I mean really? Hes in Ann Arbor, maybe he can ressurect our once storied franchise, I wish him the best of luck.

We did do well with Harbaugh as head coach, almost won a super bowl TBH, just saying

I don't think some 3rd rate reporter should be considered credible unless Brady or Harbaugh verify it. The only thing I would disagree with your post is the assumption that there was any problems with his coaching style and the players. I'll believe upstanding guys like Justin Smith calling bullsh*t on that. He said everyone liked Harbaugh.

Harbaugh would have had no problems with the front office if he, like any succesful coach, had the last word on picking HIS team. Hell, he had the best young QB and arguably the best CB in the NFL on his college team. He had two NFL starting TEs and several #1 and #2 NFL draft pick OLinemen. The man knows what he needs to run HIS system. Alot better track record evaluating talent than this FO.
