Dude hadn't aged at all. Looks the same as the day he first walked into the facility.

There are only 9 guys left that were on the 2019 SB team.
Arik Armstead - 2015 (9 yrs)
George Kittle - 2017 (7 yrs)
Kyle Jusczcyk - 2017 (7 yrs)
Fred Warner - 2018 (6 yrs)
Ross Dwelley - 2018 (6 yrs)
Nick Bosa - 2019 (5 yrs)
Deebo Samuel - 2019 (5 yrs)
Dre Greenlaw - 2019 (5 yrs)
Mitch Wishnowsky - 2019 (5 yrs)
Ross Dwelley might be the most impressive of all considering his role.
Which is?

No reason I can see why Armstead wouldn't be here next season and therefore be the first player since Staley to make the 10-year wall.

Who would've thunk it? I hated him coming out. Thought he was too raw and produced little. I began ro like him in 2018 when he became a good run defender and edge setter. He exploded in 2019 and I've been a big defender since he moved inside. Also a good person to match.

His cap hit next year is 28.8 million, Chase Young would be a better investment for that kind of capital

Its his final year I believe. They can extend him and lower that cap number.

Armstead >>>>>>>>>>> Chase Young. Armstead is a leader on the team, beloved in the organization, one of the hardest workers and a necessity on the the D line. Young hasn't done much and almost certainly will be with a new team next season. Young is a hell of an addition this season via trade, but he's losing time to Randy Gregory already, last game Young 36 snaps, Gregory 26 snaps. Not sure Young will be worth what his market price will be, to SF considering their cap/roster situation beyond 2023/24
