You mean as opposed to a Patrick Willis with bad feet and a diminished passion for the game? Let's face it, either way Willis was not going to be a factor so Borland was going to have to be. In this scenario, a healthy Bowman will have to cover guys like Graham; if he's not healthy than we'll have to go out and get someone else.
