Bad trade for Philly I think. Shady is in his PRIME and an amazing runner. I understand he got stuffed a lot more last season but that was due to bad OLINE play and defenses figuring out the Chip Kelly Offense in year 2. Kiko Alonso is a good player no doubt but Shady is Shady. Schocking trade if you ask me.

Yep. The Bills definitely won this trade.

Tough to say who got the better end. Kiko seems like more of a 10 year franchise player and leader you can build a defense around like Willis/Kuechly, but McCoy is probably a bigger impact right now. I guess since coaching staffs really only have a 3 or so year window to make s**t happen the Bills probably made the smarter move.
Now that's what I call FA News!

WOW!

Not so sure about that.
To me, Phillys Oline played great. Shady isn't shady anymore, he looked slow coming out of the backfield, and doesn't have that same elusive speed that made him like a dart.

Sproles averaged 5.9 YPC last season on 60 touches, running the same plays.
Shady is on his way down
I think the Eagles won the trade. Kiko will be a stud for the next 8 years and can draft a RB in the first three or four rounds this year. The Bills will probably get three or four really good years out of Shady.

Weren't the Bills a top-five defense last year without Alonso playing? I think so in which case I would say Buffalo made out better in this trade.

You may have overlooked the salary cap implications.

IDK about the cap. Philly has 50 million to play with. Keeping McCoy wouldn't be a problem here.

And the meltdown of the dream team started with Mr McCoy lateraling the ball back to Vick for some reason at the one forcing a fumble.
