7. Sometime in May or June 2009, Defendant JERRY JONES intentionally and knowingly sexually assaulted Plaintiff without her consent. JERRY JONES'S misconduct was known, or with the exercise of reasonable care, should have been known by Defendant COWBOYS.

As much as I hate Jerry this is a stripper for christ's sake. Honey no one is going to believe you're not just trying to cash in on a payday because a famous billionaire touched you this one time, it's sorta your job to do men with money. Very sorry if he did assault you but it's the sad truth.
