1. Lead the league in PED violations since 2010 (Carroll's first year on the job). Hmmm..
2. Carroll has a long history of bending the rules. Just look at how he left USC and the way his DBs play defense. Oh yeah, and the rampant drug use. Can't forget that.
3. Their stadium is designed to enhance crowd noise to the degree that it's often impossible for the opposing team to communicate. The probability that they pump in nose via speaker is high given the NFL has relaxed rules to limit such behavior by PA operators. It's also been proven by sound experts that it's impossible to reach that high level of decibels without artificial enhancement.
It's pretty obvious this is an organizational philosophy. Look for any advantage possible, fair or not, and get away with it. Credit them for finding the perfect coach to carry out this plan, and for finding the perfect architect to build that joke of a stadium. They're seriously a disgrace to competitive sports. No dignity whatsoever.
