If you noticed, they had two drops in a row. Both were a first down.
And guess what just happened.....
he got sacked
And then converted on 3 and "Forever."
2 drops and a sack....
normally we punt on 4th down
Well, all I can say is usually 1 drop is enough to kill a drive with Alex.
it is when he gets sacked and Roman calls a stupid run play on 3rd and forever

Gronk was there to end it. From now on, it is Eli the elite.

So much for only needing a high powered offense to win a superbowl

Smith would have led them to a touchdown.

Nope, the Giants will open at home on Thursday night at the 49ers game is in San Francisco. That's why I hoped NE won, so we could have opened against them in NE.

When it's on usually on 3rd down, I'd think that's a given?

i would have felt better if patriots rolled over the giants, that way i know we might have lost the SB, but now the giants won, i have no doubt we would have to... lame.

Lamest superbowl ever, literally no climactic moments maybe the hail mary but not really.
Hurts so bad right now, just knowing how our defense would of held the pats to 10 or less and made Brady look like even more of a p***y statue that cant function without a PERFECT pocket.
Honestly Montana(obviously) and hell even Young could play better than Brady. Dude won his superbowls on the leg of Adam V.
Brady has quickly become a playoff phony without a decent defense and Jake Delhomme and Mcnabb competing against him.

Hopefully its put to rest now. On the Giants winning . . . . . . . of the 2 evils . . . . I'd rather the Giants than listening to the Montana Brady talk. Eli will be compared to his brother and to Brady, the 49ers loss in the NFC game wont be talked about as much.

Now we can smack around the champs in our house next year. Eli will bleed.
