This is a good idea, but what if a guy is really injured how do you determine it. It has to be so obvious like in this video (for them to call it), but I'm sure they will think of better ways to do it in a more discreet fashion. It'll just be too hard to figure out.

I didn't see the game but from the video, it looks like it was in the first quarter with 3:47 to go? why do you need to fake an injury that early?
