seems to me like the colts are f**ked. hard to feel sorry for them, they've had 12 or 13 years of riding peypey into the playoffs and now they get to suffer like the rest of us with bum qb's!
Are you seriously calling him "PeyPey?"

The sad part is, you probably aren't joking.
Like it or not, Peyton Manning actually isn't given the credit he deserves because the average fan has no idea how involved in every aspect of his offense he really is. That literally includes coaching to a degree and play-calling. Nobody has ever been as cerebral as Peyton Manning and it's highly unlikely anyone ever will be. The Colts can literally go without an offensive coordinator. I'd be willing to bet they don't even need a head coach, just a defensive coordinator and Peyton Manning. And yes, I'm dead serious.
The only knock on Peyton Manning is he only has 1 Super Bowl ring, but the Colts are a 5-win team without him, even the year they won it all. In contrast, the only QB that is comparable to Manning is Brady, and the year Brady was out, some guy named Matt Cassell - who hadn't played since high school - came in and the Patriots won 11 games. Peyton is more important to the success of his team than any player in the league, maybe in history. The Colts have never been a complete team, yet they're a Super Bowl contender every single year.
But yeah, I see why you might think he's overrated.

sounds like he is out Sunday. I feel bad for him; it sounds like the lockout affected his ability to rehab effectively. Hope he doesn't need a 2nd surgery and just needs more time. I love watching Manning play.
