Well that is a derogatory and hateful word, though I use it all the time unknowingly and poking fun... But it can hurt some feelings.

The mods try to differentiate between the elbow in the ribs joking back and forth comments that happen between friends in the parking lot and just hateful and derogatory comments, though to be honest we'd rather everyone just stopped using the word altogether.

I only use it with close friends.

Players get a little bored in the offseason. Plus with the offseason there is nothing to do. So they get into more trouble. If they had a real offseason program it would be better for them.
