Can we sue the NFL and NFLPA?

Ok my brothers and sisters, My ? is can we as fans sue the NFL/NFLPA? This lockout etc, etc along with todays call by the players askin for 707m is messing with the quality of my life!!! Sleepless nights, fightin with the wife, kickin the dog all because of this lockout stuff. I think the NFL/NFLPA needs to pay me some big $$ for all this uncertainty in football this fall. Can we organize as a fan group and go after them, make them have football, or pay us back.. your thoughts...
