At least he took Roman with him to Michigan. If he didn't take Roman, that would had raised some eyebrows. If Roman was good enough to be SF's OC but not Michigan, I would've personally questioned Harbaugh and his intent with the 49ers. But since Harbs thinks Roman can get the job done in Michigan shows that he truly believes in Roman.

I give jed bad marks for trying to be the nice guy. He's going out of his way to not talk about why jim is gone. Meanwhile jim talks through his intermediaries. Jed should have stated, from the beginning, why jims is no longer here. It would have pissed off the Harbaugh honks but most of us know why he's no longer here.

yep. tell the truth.
our offense sucked. no adjustments were made that should have been. you cannot be loyal to your coordinators if they are not doing their job. we have more offensive "coaches" than any team in the nfl and our offense sucks. why am i spending so much money on all of these coaches when our offense sucks? why has no one been fired? why are we STILL having playclock issues 4 years into your tenure? why is your playcalling system so stupid and inefficient? When we will have a top 10 offense?
