It aint the locale. Unless your dad taught you how to be an NFL QB from the jump you wont work out with Jim.
Best thing Harbaugh could do is find a real xs and os coach who can actually develop offensive talent and just get out the way. Until his ego can do that he will continue to get punked by the good teams the vast majority of the time.

They can recruit and we can all see that, not hard to look up where their classes have ranked, even Hoke could recruit. No excuses, if they don't have a QB that ultimately falls on the head coach.
Hell Bama has won NC's with lesser QB talent.
Always the same though, Harbscuses every single year.

Just outmatched. Georgia has 19 5 star recruits which is the most in the country. UM has 3 on their current roster. The elite schools in the SEC are better than the rest of the country.
But JH does need to improve his passing game if he's ever going to beat OSU more than once a decade.
