I see the voting process going swift/fast/simultaneously. -All Execs/Plaintiffs/players are in attendance with one another (or are listening via conference call); all will vote either by their own hand, or a representative will vote for them (in their place).

It will be like the NBA does it. You be able to talk to free agents tommorow and agree in principle,but you can't sign them untill Friday. Only players that can be signed tommorow from what I read is your own free agents,draft picks,and undrafted rookies.
