They really hated the old CBA structure, they really love the current CBA resolution drawn up at this time (for voting), and could vote/pass it on their end almost immediately.
-I remember somebody on NFLN saying that the owners were so giddy, that they had wanted to vote/pass it today (almost immediately after the players would have passed it, if they had.)

alright the players are pissing me off. While I dont agree with a 120m cap, they are getting a great deal, they are getting all types of benefits.
While the previous offer IMO was bad, with a 109M cap, this one is by far better in every aspect.

from what I recall, the number included benefits, and brought the number down to 109M, which Clayton reported that the numbers didnt match as most teams would of been over the cap. At least thats what I recall.
