The Associated Press has gotten into the business of spotting violations of the NFL's social media policy.

Per the AP, Bengals receiver Terrell Owens posted a message on his Twitter page within 90 minutes before kickoff of Cincy's home game against the Buccaneers, in violation of the league's policy.

Here's the message: "A lucky fan wearing my jersey 2day will get a signed football by Me & Ocho Cinco! My asst will pick U out!! Good luck!"

Earlier this year, Bengals receiver Chad Ochocinco was fined $25,000 for posting a Twitter message during a preseason game. After Week One, Cardinals defensive tackle Darnell Dockett was fined $5,000 for posting a tweet within the 90-minute window.

Ochocinco's larger fine possibly resulted from a history of fines for touchdown celebrations and uniform violations. Owens has had his own share of fines, including a $35,000 penalty for spitting at cornerback DeAngelo Hall in 2006, and fines for celebrations including use of a bucket of popcorn and a hidden Sharpie pen.
