Didn't see this anywhere. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/preview09/columns/story?columnist=dilfer_trent&id=4436281 I don't agree with everything, but I like the way he approaches the analysis. He goes a little extreme by ignoring all statistics, but I understand why. I wish there was less statistical analysis (not none, just less) and more stuff like this.

Too much emphasis placed on winning, not enough on stats.

What I said sounds a tad askew, but I mean Big Ben isn't the 5th best QB in football. And no way Hasselbeck is 9th. That's just Dilfer being a friend.

But it wasn't too bad.

this article was very refreshing. Finally, someone who actually played the position giving his take instead of todd mcshay, or meril hodge who played running back...
