do any of you guys feel that there should be a cap on how much money rookies should make. if you put a cap on rookie salaries that will elimanate these hold out.
1. as a team owner, you are taking a gamble on getting a bust
2. as a fan it kind of set your bragging rights back by getting a bust
just something to think about
