Fullback of the future

They have gone to Kyle Juszczyk two years in a row looking for him to take a paycut. While I think Juice had survived the storm and will be here until his deal runs out, it's interesting the team has taken the risk of losing him permanently but there is seemingly no plan to replace him. I can't count Luke Farrell because I see him as a pure blocker.

It would be nice if we had a young player on the team that was the true offensive weapon they described when they signed Juice. Maybe an undersized (and under the radar tight end) that can add something to the blocking game, catch passes, and has the speed to make a big play if weapon and size to run over a defender or two. Said player may not be able to consistently be an in-line blocker and go head up against a defensive end, but they can block linebackers and DBs.

Any players that fit that description? Also, is it just not in the cards and the team intends to move away from 21 personnel? I think keeping that going helps us stay balanced and less predictable, which Kyle likes, and I think the ability to run more two tight end sets allow us to be better in terms of ball control and running a 4 to 6 minute offense when necessary.
I'd rather evolve to using the TE2 or TE3 as the fullback. Saves a roster spot. Juice is like a unicorn. Colleges don't use the position as much anymore.

Juice was a college TE which is why I think his hands are so nice. I think the guys who are willing blockers, but couldn't necessarily hold up as an inline blocker are ideal. I definitely am not looking for Moran Norris. I rather a guy who can do it all- lead block, catch, run.

I think IF they can find such a player and actually use them they can create mismatches and be equally able to run and pass when said player is on the field.
Groom Brayden Willis for that H-Back style role. Essentially hybrid TE/FB position.

Can't because he's a horrible blocker.

Yup. Definitely not gonna work. If he were capable, the 49ers never sign Luke Farrell.
