Here's the draft board as I see it, not necessarily how SF's FO sees it...
(Note: I assume Abdul Carter has no chance to fall to SF which is why he's not on here. I also left of secondary players and WRs simply because SF cannot afford to take those positions given their glaring needs in the trenches)
1. DT Mason Graham Michigan 6'3" 306
One of the safest players in the draft at the Niners biggest position of need. Graham reminds me of Nick Bosa on the interior. His measurables won't jump out at you but he's so crafty, such a good technician and so naturally powerful. He's a 10 year starter and a foundation piece on the interior.
2. EDGE Jalon Walker Georgia 6'1" 245
Walker is a blur on defense. A chess piece who can play in space or rush the passer off the edge with incredible instincts and character. A natural leader, student of the game and explosive player, he's dynamite.
3. OT Armand Membou Missouri 6'4" 331
Membou has freaky skills, including raw power, light feet and incredible balance. I can't think of a more suitable successor to Trent Williams.
4. DT Walter Nolen Ole Miss 6'4" 296
The highest upside DT in the draft, Nolan is explosive, strong as an ox; he's equally adept at playing the run and the pass. There might be some character red flags to investigate but if those check out he's a Quinnen Williams-type player on the interior.
5. EDGE Mike Green Marshall 6'3" 251
Like Nolen, there are some flags that teams need to look into, but Green is the best pure pass rusher in the draft. His bend, get-off, ability to turn speed-to-power and array off pass rush moves make him a scary edge opposite Bosa.
6. DE Mykel Williams Georgia 6'5" 260
Williams has some Aldon Smith to his game. He's big, long, powerful but has real explosion and burst to his game. His lack of production last year can mostly be explained by Georgia's strange use of their DLinemen and his injury but in terms of upside, he's got everything you look for.
7. DT Kenneth Grant Michigan 6'3" 331
Grant is a space eater with freaky movement skills. He plays a bit too upright and he's not as consistent snap-to-snap but if he lives up to his potential he can be a Dexter Lawrence-type interior presence.
8. DE Shemar Stewart Texas A&M 6'5" 269
If you're betting on pure upside, few offer the physical gifts of Stewart. His combination of length, power, explosion is unmatched, but his stunning lack of production makes you wonder if he has the requisite instincts to be a real game-changer. If the Niners think all he needs is some proper coaching, he's worth betting on.
9. OL Will Campbell LSU 6'6" 319
I confess I worry about Campbell's lack of length which shows up against speedy rushers who can cross his face and beat him to the inside. He plays a bit too upright, but his feet, natural leadership, incredibly strong hands at very least make him a capable RT or All-Pro guard. I just worry about taking a player who may not ever be a true LT inside the top 15.
10. DT Derrick Harmon Oregon 6'5" 311
Harmon seems to be a complete package at DT with his production and great testing. He's very solid across the board, but I wonder if he's good at many things but not elite at anything.
11. EDGE James Pearce Jr. Tennessee 6'5" 245
Pearce is a linear, straight-line pass rusher who has the best get-off in the class. If you're looking for someone with speed off the edge, he's your man. He's a bit a poor-man's Brian Burns but when you include some serious character concerns, I struggle ton take him in the top 25.
12. LB Jihad Campbell Alabama 6'3" 235
In terms of measurables, Campbell is an absolute freak and his highlight tape looks like a top 10 pick. However, his instincts leave a lot to be desired. Again, if SF thinks some of this can be corrected, he's worth a gamble, but I just don't love the idea of taking a pure LB in the first round.

I agree with everything you've stated. My contending is to trade down possibly in both 1st and the 2nd rounds to acquire more picks. This draft is filled with great potential DTs and OTs which we need a bunch of for starting or for depth.

And your starters on DLine are who?
Using a 3rd round pick on a QB who will be holding a clipboard for 2 years?
Who's the starting LB opposite Warner?
Which one of Membou or Ersey moves to LG and why are we looking to replace McKivitz who was a bargain at RT and improving every year? Ersey is defiantly not better than him as a rookie.
I'd be furious if this was our draft. It literally does nothing to improve the roster for next year.

Nice write up but I might have Harmon ahead of Nolen and I wouldn't even want Pearce or Green on my board because of character concerns. Nolen's character needs to be checked out too. I don't think I'd have him on my board either at 11.
I also don't think we can risk taking Shemar Stewart at 11 but I can understand if we did. His lack of production worries me.
Also, I don't think we can worry about a successor to Williams just yet. He's given no indications he want to retire and is still playing at a high level. Unless Membou is going to move to guard or we want to replace McKivitz (which I can't see happening) I can't see us taking him. That goes for Will Campbell too.
I don't want Jihad Campbell either. You can't teach instincts.

9moon loves to pretend he knows better than the team and then puts stuff like this out there for everyone to read and wonders why his posts aren't taken seriously.
I love how he has Tuimoloau and Higgins available in the 4th and 5th rounds. May as well imagine us grabbing Harmon in the 3rd round...tho he's too busy overdrafting a QB who won't start for us.

That would be a fantastic draft if we didn't have to replace half the defense
